General
All our projects are sold "as is, where is". Please
click here to read our DISCLAIMER. All aircraft project sales are final
upon receipt of your payment. Because we want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase, we don't sell any project site unseen. We encourage
you or your representative to inspect and accept the project before taking
delivery. If you want to use a representative, please send us a note showing
they have been duly authorized to represent you in purchasing the project.
Payment & Title
Payment must be made in full before any project is removed from our facility.
Payment can be made with cash, certified funds, wire transfer, VISA, MasterCard
or American Express. We guarantee clear title which will be transferred
to the purchaser upon receipt of payment and their acceptance of the project.
Deposits
A 10% refundable deposit is required to reserve your first right on a specific
project for two weeks. After this period your deposit will be refunded unless
other arrangements have been made. We are flexible and would like to accommodate
your needs, however, we will not hold any project indefinitely.
Removing your Project
You are responsible for loading and removing your project, but we are happy
to help you where we can. We have forklifts and other tools that may be
of assistance, but we will not be held responsible for any subsequent damage
or loss. If you cannot remove your project immediately, please let us know
so we can make arrangements with you. We will not be liable or held responsible
for any damage or loss to your project while in storage.

Avionics
& Instruments
General
Most avionics are sold with certification from an FAA repair station. Instruments
are sold in either "AS REMOVED" condition or certified condition.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, less shipping, on these avionics
and instruments as long as the units are returned in the same condition
they were in when originally sent. Any alterations or tampering voids our
money back guarantee. The FAA repair station certifying these parts may
offer a warrantee. Please check with us before your purchase.
Payment
Payment can be made by C.O.D., cash, certified funds, wire transfer, VISA,
MasterCard or American Express. All C.O.D.'s over $500.00 require certified
funds (cashier's check).
Shipping
We mainly use UPS and FEDEX. We prefer to use UPS, but we can ship using
your preferred method. Most orders can be shipped out the same day if they
are received by 1:30PM Mountain Time. You will be charged for all shipping
costs. A $5.00 Shipping & Handling charge is added to all orders. All
shipments require a signature to verify receipt of your order.

Engines
General
All engines are sold in "AS REMOVED" condition. We make no warranties
or guarantees of any kind so we encourage you to inspect the engine. Most
accessories that are installed on the engine such as magnetos, starters,
alternators, carburetors, turbos, etc. will be sold with the engine. All
logs and records that we have pertaining to the engine will be sold with
the engine. Please check with us as to the condition of each engine before
you purchase. We will be happy to inspect and describe the engine while
you're on the line. We can even e-mail customized photos to you.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash, certified funds, wire transfer, VISA, MasterCard
or American Express.
Shipping
We use many of the well known freight carriers, and can also use your preferred
method of shipping. You will be responsible for all shipping costs including
insurance. Please let us know if you want any shipments insured. There may
be additional costs associated with packaging or crating any engine. Please
check with us before you purchase.

Parts
General
Parts are sold in the following condition:
AR - AS REMOVED.
These parts are in the same condition as removed from the aircraft. They
may be subject to inspection or repair.
SV - SERVICEABLE
These parts have been inspected and found to be serviceable. They will
usually have a yellow tag or form 8130.
RP - REPAIRABLE
These parts have been inspected, but defects have been found that are
repairable. These parts must be repaired by an approved facility before
they can be used.
NE / NS - NEW / NEW SURPLUS
These parts are either new or new surplus and have never been used before.
All of our parts have our 30 day money back guarantee, less shipping, as
long as they are returned in the same condition they were in when originally
sent. Any alterations or tampering voids our money back guarantee. Some
parts may have additional warranties, so please check with us before your
purchase.
